As a Naturopath my aim is find and treat the underlying cause of illness and disease. I do this by utilising up-to-date research, functional pathology testing and evidence based naturopathic medicine, including individualised herbal medicine and compounds.

Naturopathic principles are based on treating each person as an individual and treating the whole person not just the affected area.

Nutritional Medicine is the assessment of dietary habits, nutritional deficiencies and imbalances.

Acute Care

Need advice on a symptom you are experiencing? Runny nose, upset tummy, pain.

Acute Care consults are a quick 15 minute chat to identify your symptoms and prescribe suitable dietary advice, herbal medicine or practitioner only supplementation when indicated.

Not suitable for longstanding chronic issues or those on multiple medications.
